My portraiture explores womanhood and lived experience, looking beyond how we are seen to the stories we carry within. Working across expressive oil painting and mixed media, I explore how culture, faith, family and social expectations shape our lives. I love the opportunity to capture something unique about a person, revealing something they may not have seen in themselves, or felt deeply but never shared.
